Key Notes
Transportation will be provided for all students between Interlake and the tournament, departing Interlake at 1:15pm on Friday and 6:25am on Saturday in front of the school.
On Friday, all students must ride the bus.
On Saturday only, students can ride with their judge to/from the tournament, if the judge lets me know by Wednesday morning via the WhatsApp group.
Students who sign up for any tournament are expected to compete. A pattern of inappropriate late drops can lead to consequences such as suspension from tournament participation, as per club policies.
Judging
Please read the How to Judge document - it should contain all the information you need to judge. If you have any further questions, please email me or attend the Q&A session!
Most important - arrive on time & head to the Judge's lounge (often in the library). Refresh Tabroom often at round scheduled start time, and presss ACCEPT BALLOT promptly. Submit decision promptly after round is over, you can add feedback later.
Don't worry - you won't be judging the entire time. On Saturday, are ~2 hour breaks between rounds and food/drink is provided by the tournament in the Judge's lounge.
On Saturday, some judges are able to leave early if our team does not make it to Semifinals or Finals in a certain event. We will always let you know if you can leave early, but do not leave before we communicate!
